YÖNETİM LİTERATÜRÜNDE MİKRO YÖNETİCİLİK KAVRAMSAL BİR ÇERÇEVE
Özet
Bu makalede, İşletme ve yönetim bilimlerinde geçtiğimiz son birkaç yıl içinde yer almaya başlayan “Mikro Yöneticilik” kavramının literatürdeki derlemelerine yer verilmiştir. Kavramla ilgili dünya çapında çok az sayıda çalışma yapılmış ve ülkemiz literatüründe ise Mikro Yöneticilik ile ilgili yapılan özgün bilimsel araştırmaya rastlanmamıştır. Türkiye’de Mikro Yöneticiliğin kavramsal çerçevesi, çoğu kez Yöneticilik tarzları içinde değerlendirilerek toksik yönetim, narsistik yönetim ve benzeri kavramlarla karşılanmaya çalışılmıştır. Yaptığımız bu çalışma, ülkemiz literatüründe kavramla ilgili ilk bilimsel çalışmalardan biri olması açısından önem taşımaktadır.
