MICROMANAGEMENT IN MANAGEMENT LITERATURE: A CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK
Abstract
This article is included, literature reviews of the concept of "Micro Management", which has started to appear in business and management sciences in the last few years. Very few studies have been conducted on the concept worldwide. In our country's literature, no original scientific research on Micromanagement has been found. In Turkey, the conceptual framework of Micro Management has often been evaluated within Management styles and tried to be interpreted as toxic management, narcissistic management and similar concepts. This study we conducted is important as it is one of the first scientific studies on the concept in our country's literature.
